Lenovo offers Star Wars: Jedi Challenges at an awesome discount
Who doesn’t love wielding a lightsaber? Anyone? If you are like the rest of the lot who have held their hands up in jubilant joy, you’re in luck as for the entirety of the month of June, Lenovo Malaysia is offering a unique promotion so you can get the Star Wars: Jedi Challenges game at an impressive discount.
The game takes advantage of augmented reality and lets you use a lightsaber plus it now comes with a “Lightsaber Versus Mode” for multiplayer which allows two players, each packing a Lenovo Mirage AR headset, a Lightsaber controller, tracking beacon and a smartphone to take each other on mano a mano in a lightsaber duel. Sweet? By the Sith Lords heck yeah. If you are keen to take on bigger fish, you can engage virtual representations of Kylo Ren and Darth Vader. Unfortunately, there doesn’t seem to be nastier chaps available like Darth Revan, Grevious or Dooku to duel with nor is there an option for more unorthodox Lightsaber styles like double-ended lightsabers or double blade styles but it’s still a kick to take on the Dark Lord of the Sith.
All you have to do is to purchase any model of Lenovo notebook to be entitled to purchase the Star Wars: Jedi Challenges set, which usually retails at RM775 at a massive discount so all that you need to fork out is a mere RM249.
From now till 15 July 2018, Lenovo is also offering their PremiumCare service at a promotional rate. Customers who purchase selected Lenovo consumer notebooks in-store are able to upgrade their standard warranty to one of two possible options at very agreeable rates. You can optionally upgrade it to PremiumCare for one year at RM18.90 (it originally costs RM249) or for two years at RM46.90 (it costs RM379). PremiumCare users are able to reach out to the Lenovo PremiumCare Call Centre 24/7 including national public holidays and techs are on hand nationwide on weekdays during business hours.
