New Samsung Galaxy Buds FE coming to Malaysia priced at RM399
Alongside the new Galaxy S23 FE budget flagship and Galaxy Tab S9 FE tablets, Samsung has also released a more affordable entry to their wireless earbuds line-up dubbed the Galaxy Buds FE that will be available in Malaysia from 4th October 2023 onwards with an RM399 price tag.
Samsung Galaxy Buds FE specs
While the Samsung Galaxy Buds2 Pro remains their premier wireless earbuds, the Galaxy Buds FE has plenty of punch for what it offers. The earbuds have the same squarish charging case and bulbous earbud design with a clickable control surface but rather than just silicone eartips, Samsung is also adding in the option of optional wingtips to offer a more secure fit.
Official details are scarce as to what drivers it has under the hood or the nitty gritty as to what codecs it supports but the Samsung Galaxy Buds FE has active noise cancellation (ANC) and has a three-microphone and AI-powered Deep Neural Network (DNN) to intelligently optimise voices during calls.
On paper, the Galaxy Buds FE is rated for up to 8.5 hours of battery life on a single charge and up to 30 hours of endurance inclusive of the charging case assuming you leave ANC off. With ANC on, you’re getting 6 hours of playback on one charge and up to 21 hours including the case.
For Malaysia, the Galaxy Buds FE will be available in either Graphite or White for the aforementioned RM399. For more details check out their official page at https://www.samsung.com/my/audio-sound/galaxy-buds/galaxy-buds-fe-graphite-sm-r400nzaaxme/
