Illegear launches Q5 Evo gaming rig from RM4,000

Local outfit Illegear is releasing their new Q5 Evo gaming laptop that sports the new Intel Kabylake processors with Nvidia GTX1050/1050Ti GPUs. The rig comes with a 15.6-inch 1080P display, an Intel i5-7300HQ CPU running Windows 10 Home, 4GB RAM, a 1TB hard disk, an Nvidia GTX1050 4GB GDDR5 GPU along with a bunch of other mod-cons that include a programmable backlit RGB keyboard, two M.2 PCIe SSD slots and five USB ports. For the price of entry, the Q5 Evo clocks in at RM3,999.

If you are particularly keen, you can opt to tweak it with a host of beefed up, better CPU or GPU options which cost commensurately more. The highest end variant with an Intel Core i7-7700HQ processor, a GTX1050Ti 4GB GDDR5 GPU, 4GB of 2400mHz DDR4 RAM and a 1TB hard disk clocks in retails for RM4,697. Check them out here.
