Acer reveals Malaysia’s first ever Predator concept store with opening specials aplenty and new Predator Orion 7000 gaming desktop
Acer has expanded their presence today in Malaysia with the opening of the country’s first ever Predator concept store at Low Yat Plaza that acts as a one-stop shop for all things related to their premier gaming subbrand.
Also launched at the same time was the new Predator Orion 7000 gaming desktop that dials things to 11.
Predator Concept Store opening highlights
The new Predator concept store at Low Yat Plaza is located on the ground floor of the building and features the latest line-up of everything under the Predator marque from gaming laptops to desktops and all things in between including their decadently comfy gaming chairs.
As part of the opening festivities, Acer is offering discounts up to RM1,300 on selected devices from now until 31 October 2026. Among the highlights on offer are the Predator Helios Neo 16 gaming laptop and Predator Helios Neo 16S that come with a generous RM600 discount, the Acer Nitro 50 gaming laptop for just RM3,399 and special prices for a limited number of Predator products on a first-come first-served basis.

Predator Orion 7000 specs and price
Taking centrestage at the new Predator concept store is the latest incarnation of the Predator Orion 7000 gaming desktop. For the princely sum of RM18,999, you get a gaming tower that’s armed to the teeth with the whole affair built around a top of the line Intel Core Ultra 9 285K processor, a beefy NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5080 graphics card, 32GB DDR5 RAM and a 1TB SSD.
Just for good measure, the Predator Orion 7000 is future-proofed too with additional DDR 5 RAM slots that support up to 128GB RAM, two M.2 SSD slots that support up to 6TB of additional SSD storage and space for up to a 4TB 3.5-inch hard drive.
To keep all this hardware cool, the Predator Orion 7000 has a Predator CycloneX 360 cooling system and a CPU liquid cooler along with a customised fan layout and open-channel structure that improves cooling efficiency by 15% and lowers motherboard temperatures by 9°C.
For added peace of mind, Acer has a three-year on-site warranty too.
