Refreshed Acer Swift 3 and Swift 1 launched alongside Live Your World campaign

Acer is celebrating their annual Acer Day celebration in style across the region with the usual slew of bargains though this time around, they’re themed it around a ‘Live Your World’ theme with featured theme songs from six singers from around the region. 

On that note, Acer is also rolling out promotions for their upcoming Acer Day x Shopee Superbrand Day that will take place on 3rd and 4th August 2021 alongside the release of refreshed laptops, monitors and more.

From 1st August to 30th September 2021, Acer customers can also redeem goodies worth up to RM250 on purchasing Acer gear and stand a chance to win Acer gear worth RM10,000. Acer Swift 3 Price

The refreshed Acer Swift 3 comes in two variants that are differentiated based on what processor and how much RAM they have crammed in but both feature 11th Gen Intel H-series CPUs. The top of the line version features a 16.1-inch Full HD IPS TFT LCD display, an Intel Core i7-11370H processor paired with Iris Xe graphics, 16GB DDR4 RAM and a 512GB SSD. Connectivity is comprehensive with the provision of a Thunderbolt 4 port, a pair of USB 3.2 Gen 1 ports, a HDMI 2.0 port and a 3.5mm audio jack along with WiFi 6 as standard. Battery life is rated for about 11.5 hours with modest use.

This version of the Swift 3 retails for RM4,599 in Malaysia. The more affordable version features an Intel Core i5-11300H processor and 8GB RAM but is otherwise similar to the  more premium version for RM3,699. Regardless of variant, every Swift 3 comes with a free copy of Microsoft Office Home & Student 2019.

Acer Swift 1 Price

The new generation Acer Swift 1 is intended as a highly affordable laptop and features a 14-inch Full HD TFT LCD, an Intel Pentium Silver N6000 CPU paired with Intel UHD graphics, 4GB RAM and a 256GB SSD. WiFi 6 comes baked in and it also has a HDMI port, two USB 3.2 Gen 1 ports ,a USB Type-C port for charging and a 3.5mm audio jack. Battery life is rated for up to 16 hours. Like the Swift 3, it also comes with a free copy of Microsoft Office Home & Student 2019 which makes its asking price of RM2,099 quite tempting.
