Alibaba Cloud introduces e-commerce solutions to tackle Coronavirus woes for merchants
To say that recent events of late have been challenging for the retail sector is a gross understatement indeed the recent coronvirus outbreak is sweeping the globe. Even Malaysia will be undergoing a restricted movement order nationwide until 31st March.
Alibaba Cloud, the data intelligence arm of the Alibaba Group is looking to deliver tailed e-commerce solutions that will enable retailers to launch B2C e-commerce platforms in as fast as 5 days.
According to Alibaba Cloud, these e-commerce plug-and-play solutions are easily deployable by retailers so that they can acquire an omnichannel shopping experience in a matter of days with solutions available to cover all important aspects of business including computing, databases, multimedia and video live streaming, security and data analytics.
Alibaba Cloud’s solutions are capable of supporting business-to-consumer (B2C), business-to-business-to-consumer(B2B2C) and online-to-offline (O2O).
