Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Remastered is now on PS4 as a standalone release
Once exclusively bundled with Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare, Call of Duty: Warfare Remastered is a gussied up version of the post-modern first person shooter with gussied up graphics in the form of enhanced textures, improved dynamic lighting and more while retaining all the gameplay, singleplayer and multiplayer modes of the original game. As of yesterday, 27 June, the game has been officially released for the Playstation 4 in Malaysia.
Warfare Remastered will contain the full single player campaign where you (mostly) play as Soap all the way from initial training all the way to the final battle on the bridge and also has all the 16 classic multiplayer maps and weapons from the game ranging from the MP5 to the RPD.
Gamers playing the game will also be able to participate in what they call the Call of Duty: ‘Days of Summer’ celebration that begins on June 27 and throws in a ton of in-game giveaways, XP events and new game playlists with a summer-themed map exclusively for Modern Warfare Remastered for the five-day event. Call of Duty: Modern Warfare will be available for online download on the PlayStation Network for RM169 or via CD for RM179 at retail stores nationwide.
