What is the Dell XPS 13 2-in-1
The Dell XPS 13 2-in-1 features the same refined aesthetics as its XPS 13 sibling which is slated for arrival in Malaysia in the near future with a sleek finish in your choice of Sky or or a darker grey shade called Slate with the former limited to WiFi 6e and the latter including WiFi 6e and 5G connectivity.
In terms of hardware, the Dell XPS 13 2-in-1 features a 13-inch 3K (2,880 x 1,920 pixels) touchscreen display with a 3:2 aspect ratio and 100% sRGB sheathed in Gorilla Glass 7. Powering the detachable is up to a 12th Gen Intel Core i7-1250U CPU, up to 16GB DDR4 RAM and up to a 1TB PCIe 4×4 SSD with Iris Xe graphics.
The rear hosts an 11MP camera capable of 4K video capture while the front has a 5MP camera capable of 1080p video. Keeping it powered is a 49.5WHr battery juiced via a pair of Thunderbolt 4 Type-C ports with DisplayPort and Power Delivery support. If you want to hook up other gear, you’ll need to live the dongle life and it ships with a USB-A to USB-C and a USB-C to 3.5mm jack adapter.
One thing to note is that the Dell XPS 13 2-in-1 does not ship with the XPS Folio keyboard nor the XPS Stylus keyboard which are both sold separately so you may need to chunk out more cash to turn it into a full-fledged detachable.
