Awesome Digi Abadi prepaid plan bundles insurance, calls and data in one bundle

Malaysian telco Digi has teamed up with insurance provider AXA Affin Life Insurance to offer a prepaid plan that bundles life insurance and data in one compact plan that they’ve dubbed as the Digi Abadi plan.

The Digi Abadi plan is a limited edition prepaid bundle that’s available for Malaysians between 30 – 55 years of age that can be subscribed via the Digi Online store for the first 100,000 customers.

To sign up for the plan, customers need to buy the RM28 starter kit which has RM40,000 in protection in case you buy the farm at no additional cost. The plan also throws in 3GB of data at 30 days validity, SMS and calls at 10/sen a minute to all networks and a full-year of validity on purchase. To enjoy the insurance cover and top up their internet usage, customers simply need to renew a monthly RM20 fee.

Existing Digi customers need to sign up for a new line and you’re only able to sign up for one line and one policy per customer. There’s also a loyalty bonus with renewals with an increase in data up to 6GB a month and up to RM45,000 in life insurance payout.
