Fuji Xerox unveils ApeosPort-VII/DocuCentre-VII Color series digital colour multifunction printers in Malaysia
Fuji Xerox took the wraps off a host of new additions to the ApeosPort-VII/DocuCentre-VII Color series line-up of digital colour multifunction printers in their “Fuji Xerox Smart Work Gateway for Digital Transformation” showcase today.
Consisting of 14 different models, the ApeosPort-VII/DocuCentre-VII Color series digital multifunction printers aim to be the means to supercharge digital transformation by making operations exceptionally simple, to make organisation digitalisation seamless and to maximise flexibility to enable organisations to adapt to fast-changing requirements. The user experience in the new ApeosPort-VII Color Series has also been redesigned with seamless integration with cloud services and robust security options that ensure both physical and digital documents permissions are handled in a secure manner. The printers are also compatible with the comprehensive suite of Fuji Xerox software and services.
Fuji Xerox also announced the expansion of its cloud services line-up in conjunction with the launch of the ApeosPort-VII/DocuCentre-VII Color series with the ability to offer their Cloud On-Demand Print service that lets up to 30,000 registered users print from a maximum of 3,000 printers anywhere, anytime which makes it ideal for large organisations. Another notable addition to their Cloud Service Hub, allows users to access cloud storage services from various vendors with a single unified interface.
As digital privacy and security is paramount in a new age of digital threats, the new ApeosPort-VII/DocuCentre-VII Color series printers have enhanced security functionality in both hardware and software aspects. The printers integrated a Trusted Platform Module (TPM) microchip, hardening against cyberattacks via printing devices and detailed authentication and tracking to make it a secured device on every front.
