Guinness Chief Pint Officer position open with massive perks for skilled candidates in Malaysia
Everyone’s favourite tipple is looking to up the ante this time around as they’re on the hunt for their first Guinness Chief Pint Officer who can recognise the perfect draught to Guinness’s impeccable standards and which upholds the quality that Guinness is known for.
What is the Guinness Chief Pint Officer
According to Guinness, the search for their first CPO is underway and is open to applications from non-Muslim applicants aged 21 and above. Once submissions close, 20 of the best pint-hunters will be shortlisted and tested with the winner enjoying a monthly supply of Guinness on the house, VIP invites to Guinness events, an RM888 birthday celebration and an all-expenses trip to Dublin.
To be in the running for the role, applicants need to search for the perfect Guinness pint and prove it with a tilt. Each time a pint passes the Tilt Test, they must share a photo of it on their Instagram stories, tagging @GuinnessMY, and using #GuinnessTiltMY. Applicants who submit the highest number of valid entries, will advance on the leaderboard. The top twenty applicants with the most submissions will be selected and entered into the next phase of the application process. Submissions close 31 July 2025. Weekly leaderboard updates will be shared every Monday via @GuinnessMY’s Instagram Stories, allowing applicants to track their progress.
To help applicants, Guinness will be hosting CPO Open Days at 25 selected bars nationwide where guests can refine their pint-spotting skills with brand ambassadors and identify pints that pass the eponymous Guinness Tilt Test. Those at home can also get the perfect pint with Guinness Draught in a Can (GDIC) poured into a clear glass to show that it passes the Guinness Tilt Test.
