HONOR 20 arrives in Malaysia packing quad AI cameras priced at RM1699

Fresh off their global launch in London, HONOR has launched the HONOR 20 phone in Malaysia with two colour variants and a very agreeable price tag of RM1,699.

According to HONOR Malaysia, the HONOR 20 smartphone will come in your choice of Midnight Black or Sapphire Blue and will have a special gift bundle worth RM500 that consists of an HONOR backpack, a wireless HONOR Bluetooth speaker and an HONOR Band 4 wearable on the house. There is no specific launch date yet but it is rated to be soon and if they’re following the usual game plan, that means it’ll be here in a matter of weeks.

For the uninitiated, the HONOR 20 is their latest front line flagship phone with hardware that allows it to go toe to toe with most other mainline smartphones out there. The phone comes with a 6.26-inch Full HD+ punch hole display, a Kirin 980 processor paired with 6GB RAM and 128GB of storage as well as a 3,750mAh battery with 22.5W fast charging via a USB Type C port.

The rear comes with a quad camera array that consists of a 48-MP F/1.8 primary camera using a Sony IMX586 sensor, a 16-MP F/2.2 ultra wide angle camera, a 2-MP depth sensor and unique to the new HONOR 20 series, a 2-MP macro camera capable of focal distances of 4cm. As of now, there’s no official word when the HONOR 20 Pro will released in Malaysia but we’ll keep you posted.
