Honor Magic V2 Malaysia specs
At present, the Honor Magic V2 is the world’s lightest and thinnest inward folding foldable phone as it weighs just 231g while being 4.7mm thin when unfolded and 9.9mm when folded which is about the size and weight of a normal phone.

The Honor Magic V2 comes with a front 6.43-inch OLED 120Hz display with a 2,500 nits peak brightness that is visible even in daylight conditions with 100% DCI-P3 colour gamut and also has a main folding 7.92-inch OLED display with 120Hz refresh rate and 100% DCI-P3 but slightly lower 1,600 nits peak brightness. This makes it great for watching movies and gaming too.
Powering the Honor Magic V2 is a Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 flagship-grade processor running Android 13 with their MagicOS 7.2 with 16GB RAM with 7GB RAM Turbo virtual RAM assigned off the onboard 512GB storage.
For videos and photos, the Honor Magic V2 has a rear triple camera system that has a 50MP main camera with optical image stabilisation (OIS), a 50MP ultra wide angle camera and a 20MP telephoto camera with 2.5x optical zoom and OIS too like the main camera.
The front display and the main folding display both have a 16MP camera for selfies and video calls in a small punch hole. For all day performance, the phone has a super slim 5,000mAh silicon-carbon battery that has 66W wired charging.
The Honor Magic V2 Malaysia units will also have a 66W fast charger, USB-C cable and a casing too which are great bonuses seeing as many other phones manufacturers don’t bundle it with their phones these days. In Malaysia, they are offering the Honor Magic V2 in purple, black and vegan leather as well as a special Honor Magic V2 Porsche Design version by special invitation only.

The Honor Magic V2 Malaysia price is stated to be RM6,999 with preorders starting from now until 24th Jan 2024 which will offer RM3,247 in free gifts that consist of a free Honor Choice robot cleaner R2, the special 365-day screen protection and a foldable gravity car phone holder.
The special 365-day screen protection policy will offer a free one-time dual-screen replacement if damaged within 180 days and 50% a one-time dual-screen replacement within 365 days for absolute peace of mind.
The phone will be available in purple, black and a vegan leather version too with RAM and storage options remaining the same for all colours with 16GB RAM and 512GB storage.
The Honor Magic V2 will be available in stores from 25th January 2024 onwards and will have RM2,247 in free gifts that include an Honor Choice Haylou watch, the Honor 365-day screen protection policy and the foldable gravity car phone holder.
