Honor’s stylish Band Z1 is an affordable fitness tracker that costs RM259
Launched at the same time as the Honor 5X and Honor 7 Enhanced, the Honor Band Z1 is essentially an ultra affordable smartwatch with fitness and sleep tracking as well as water resistance that retails for under the sub-RM300 mark.

The Honor Band Z1 is a classy looking smartwatch with a round watch face embellished with polished steel trim around the edges. It eschews buttons to strike, as they put it,an air of Scandinavian minimalism with all of the Z1’s controls and menus accessed by stroking and poking the mono PAMOLED 1.06-inch touchscreen.The watch faces are customisable with a predefined selection to choose from.
The Band Z1 is also IP68 certified, rendering it dust and waterproof in up to 1.5M of water for up to 30 minutes. The strap is made of soft rubber and comes in three different colours with a watch face.
The straps on the Honor Z1 Band are hypoallergenic
For those with allergies or sensitivity to certain materials, you’ll be glad to know that the Band Z1’s strap is hypoallergenic.
On top of telling the time, the Band Z1 pairs with your phone via Bluetooth and acts as a fitness tracker to track your steps, calories burnt as well as your sleep quality.
The watch has additional functionality, with a vibration function to act as a gentle wake up call and message notifications as well as the ability to swipe through messages and e-mails. Charging is via a wireless magnetic charging dock with a full charge in 1.5 hours to offer 3 days of use and about 14 days of standby time.
