New Huawei FreeBuds 7i with Spatial Audio and advanced active noise cancellation coming to Malaysia

Huawei is certainly on a roll, literally so, with the variety of wireless earbuds they have released this year. Their latest offering, the Huawei FreeBuds 7i has a rounded disc-shaped charging case with stem-shaped earbuds and your choice of three different colourways with a slew of unique tech under the hood to ensure better, richer sound.

In terms of hardware, the Huawei FreeBuds 7i packs 11mm quad-magnet dynamic drivers in each earbud paired with three microphones, an 8 mm² air vent as well as a bone conduction mic for clear voice calls. Combined, this hardware offers what Huawei refers to as Intelligent Dynamic Active Noise Cancellation that is able to block out up to 28dB of external ambient noise. 

The Huawei FreeBuds 7i also offers Spatial Audio with head tracking for immersive listening and has AI-call noise cancellation to ensure audio calls are clear even in noisy environments. The earbuds are also compatible with iOS and Android devices too.

On paper, the earbuds each feature a 55mAh battery and are rated to offer up to 8 hours of music playback with ANC off and 5 hours with ANC on with up to 35 hours of battery life in the 510mAh battery located in the charging case, also with ANC off. A 10-minute charge offers up to 4 hours of playback.
