Asian Games 2022 medallists feted at exciting Huawei Watch GT 4 showcase in Putrajaya

The 40 Malaysian athletes who participated in the Asian Games 2022 event were feted this weekend on Saturday, 14 October 2023 at the Huawei Watch GT 4 showcase that took place at IOI City Mall, Putrajaya by Huawei. At the meaningful event, the athletes were presented with their very own Huawei Watch GT 4 smartwatch to honour their dedication and sacrifice towards sporting excellence.

What happened at the Huawei Watch GT 4 showcase in Putrajaya

The meaningful ceremony was officiated and witnessed by YB Hannah Yeoh, Minister of Youth & Sports. “Today’s event is a collaborative effort between Huawei Technologies and the National Sports Council of Malaysia – showing promising potential for something more concrete and permanent in the future. This also symbolises Huawei’s commitment to enhance fitness and health not just for our Malaysian athletes but also for everyday users as they spent 20 years developing technologies and innovations for this very watch,” said Yeoh.

Much like Malaysia’s athletes, Huawei Technologies has constantly strived for excellence.
