Hypershell X Ultra exoskeleton coming to Malaysia; yours for RM8,999

The next generation Hypershell X Ultra outdoor exoskeleton is coming soon on 1 February 2026 to the Malaysia market. For the uninitiated, the Hypershell X Ultra is a powered exoskeleton that amplifies your walking capabilities especially in uneven terrain, allowing users to carry heavy gear with 40% less effort and maintain a natural gait and pace for longer distances.

What is the Hypershell X Ultra exoskeleton?

In essence, the Hypershell X Ultra weighs about 1.8kg, straps onto your waist and upper hips and sips on a built-in battery pack to enable powered walks, essentially giving your feet that little extra boost in power. This isn’t brute force all the way though as it also has an AI MotionEngine Ultra that takes feedback from a dozen built-in sensors to ensure optimum power and a natural stride – think normal walk over Frankenstein. 

Also key to the smoothness of the Hypershell X Ultra’s performance is its M-One Ultra Motor that has a 25% improvement in power over its predecessor, that reduces physical exertion by 39% when cycling and 20% less physical exertion when walking and 63% increase in hip flexor endurance.

Other additions include longer-lasting batteries with a single charge quoted to offer 42,000 steps and two batteries offering about 60km before running out of juice which is a substantial upgrade over its predecessor’s 17.5km maximum range. While it all sounds nice on paper, the Hypershell X Ultra goes the extra step to have its performance claims verified by The Société Générale de Surveillance (SGS) which also certifies many of the smartphones and other tech we encounter in the market.
