iQOO Z9 5G Malaysia specs and price
The iQOO Z9 packs a 6.78-inch AMOLED display with 2,800 x 1,260 pixels resolution and a fast 144Hz refresh rate paired with a set of stereo speakers. Powering the phone is a Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 chipset running the latest Android 14 with Malaysia units featuring either 256GB storage and either 12GB RAM or 8GB RAM with an additional 12GB of virtual Extended RAM on call.
To ensure sustained high performance, the iQOO Z9 also hosts a large 6K vapour chamber, the largest ever made in the brand’s history with a quoted 6,043mm coverage, to vent heat from the CPU especially during heavy gaming.
Keeping the whole affair powered is a 6,000mAh graphite battery with 80W wired flash charge. While its cameras aren’t its raison d’etre, it does have a 50MP F/1.8 primary camera paired with a 2MP F/2.4 depth sensor on the rear capable of up to 4K video capture. Up front, you get a 16MP F/2.5 selfie camera in a punch hole for mugshots and video calls.
In Malaysia, you can acquire the iQOO Z9 in your choice of Breeze Green or Phantom Black with the 8GB RAM version retailing for RM1,399 as an online exclusive and the 12GB version for RM1,499. For more details and to acquire the iQOO Z9, check out their official page here.
