Table of Contents
The Jabra Elite 7 Pro is intended as their most premium option that integrates 6mm drivers and adjustable active noise cancellation (ANC) for superior sound reproduction. Of note is that it integrates their new Jabra MultiSensor voice tech that uses a combination of 4 microphones, a bone conduction sensor for clear calls and Jabra’s own acoustic algorithms to ensure crystal clear acoustic quality even in environments that would have been considered challenging for having audible conversations like outdoors in high winds, public transport and the like.
This is on top of virtual assistant support for Siri, Google Assistant and Alex as well as an IP57 water and dust resistance rating. In terms of endurance, the Jabra Elite 7 Pro is rated for up to 35 hours of usage inclusive of the case and 9 hours on a single charge with the earbuds.
Jabra Elite 7 Active
The Jabra Elite 7 Active is intended more for active users, hence the name with a more robust solution to keeping it securely lodged in your ears using what they called ShakeGrip that combines liquid silicone rubber and a wing-free design.
It also has a similar pair of 6mm drivers as the Jabra Elite 7 Pro along with adjustable active noise cancellation. Bar the emphasis on ShakeGrip, the Jabra Elite 7 Active has an identical IP57 water and dust resistance rating as well as 9 hours of battery life with a maximum of 35 hours inclusive of charging case as the Elite 7 Pro.
Jabra Elite 3
The Jabra Elite 3 is intended as a more mass market, affordable solution that lacks ANC but has an IP55 rainproof rating, voice assistant support, 6mm speakers with an emphasis on bass as well as 7 hours of battery life with up to 21 hours if you include the charging case.
Colour options include dark grey, navy and light beige as well as an eye-catching shade of Lilac. The Jabra Elite 2 is a more affordable pared down variant of the Elite 3 with a similar IP55 rainproof rating, the same 6mm drivers but slightly lower endurance with 7 hours of battery life on a single charge and up to 14 in the case.
