
Kao kicks off Skin Protection Life Perfection campaign in Malaysia
Kao Malaysia has teamed up with Watsons to launch the ‘Skin Protection Life Perfection’ campaign that introduces an ecosystem of Bioré skincare solutions with Watson’s rewards-based programmes in addition to a 1% sales donation drive to benefit local research to advance research revolving around skin protection and skin health.
What is the Skin Protection Life Perfection campaign?
To kick off the Skin Protection Life Protection campaign, Kao invited industry experts to share their thoughts on skin protection with Associate Professor ChM. Dr. Noraini from the Department of Chemistry, Faculty of Science, University Malaya who presented an in-depth presentation on ‘The Science Behind Effective Skincare Ingredients: Why Formulations Matter? Following the presentation, the Dr. Lim Ing Kien, Doctor of Medicine shared skincare regimens tailored to different age groups.
As the official retail partner with Kao Malaysia for the Skin Protection Life Perfection campaign, Watsons is rolling out a campaign that offers customer incentives that promote everyday skin protection. For the campaign, which takes place from May to August 2025, customers can earn rewards through Watsons’ loyalty programmes.
Among the benefits are W rewards where customers can redeem a Bioré Guard MOS Block 500 Watsons points, an E-stamp programme where customers can redeem Bioré products.
In addition, Kao is also highlighting public awareness for dengue prevention in their ‘Guard Our Future’ project that is supported by the Selangor State Government.
In this campaign, that takes place from May to 25 June 2025, any purchase of Bioré products excluding Men’s Bioré products totalling RM80 or more in a single transaction in any Watsons store are entitled to redeem one of 400 Touch ‘n Go ewallet reload PINS worth RM25 each.
