Lenovo launches new LOQ Essential series laptops

Lenovo has expanded their line-up with the new LOQ Essential series laptops that are intended as a more affordable option for their mainstream LOQ series laptops, blending performance and accessibility for gamers and content creators.

Lenovo LOQ Essential series laptop specs

Up close, the Lenovo LOQ Essential series consists of two variants built on the same base design but with different specifications. Both have the same dimensions, retain the same 15.3-inch WUXGA (1,920 x 1,200 pixels) IPS LCD display with a 165Hz refresh rate, an identical 60Wh battery  but pack different chipsets, graphics and memory. 

The first variant, dubbed the LOQ Essential 15IPH11 uses an Intel Core Ultra X7 358H processor, up to Intel Arc B390 graphics, up to 16GB LPDDR5X RAM and up to a 1TB SSD.

The other variant, designated as the LOQ Essential 15IRH11 packs up to an Intel Core 7 230H processor, an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050 mobile GPU with 6GB GDDR6 VRAM, up to 32GB DDR5 RAM and up to a 1TB SSD.

At present, there’s no specifics on pricing or launch date for Malaysia for any of the Lenovo LOQ Essential series but we’ll keep you posted!
