Midea Malaysia launches 18 brand stores simultaneously nationwide; gets entry in Malaysia Book of Records

Midea Malaysia achieved an unprecedented milestone today with the launch of not one but a whopping 18 Midea brand stores across Malaysia, snagging an entry in the Malaysia Book of Records for ‘Most Electrical Appliance Outlets Launching in an Event’.

This nationwide rollout reflects the strong momentum we’ve built over the past few years and positions Midea to compete even more effectively in Malaysia’s fast-growing home appliance market. Consisting of 15 new Midea brand stores, 2 new Midea Pro Shops and a special showroom, the new array of brand stores is a bold step for the brand, rapidly expanding their retail footprint in Malaysia from zero to 18 outlets in one fell swoop.

To kick off the launch, Midea Malaysia featured a nationwide synced countdown with all 18 stores revealing their storefront signboards at the exact same time, with the whole event broadcast on Midea Malaysia’s Facebook page. 

As part of their rapid expansion, Midea Malaysia also showcased their new SMART MASTER series of intelligent home appliances along with new additions to their Avigator, Insta-Fit Master, Laundry Suite and more.

To celebrate the launch, Midea is rolling out a series of promotions throughout the month of December. Throughout December, customers who purchase selected Media products will get a gift while stocks last. 

From 3 to 10 December, customers who spend RM288 in a single receipt at participating Midea outlets can get a chance to spin a wheel to win prizes. In addition, customers who spend RM488 on Midea products in a single receipt from now until 31 December can participate in a special Spend & Win contest with a series of prizes u for grabs.
