MSI CES 2023 line-up sees powerful gaming, productivity and creator laptops make global debut
CES 2023 is where every brand reveals their latest line-up of tech and MSI did not disappoint with a revamped array of laptops across their popular gaming, content creator and business lines that sport 13th Gen Intel Core processors as well as the latest Nvidia RTX 40 series graphics.

At CES 2023, MSI revealed not one but four new gaming laptops, four new monitors, a gaming desktop and a slew of other kit across the board including new components. Exact specifications for each laptop were unavailable at CES beyond a top-line brief of their more salient features as some bits aren’t fully nailed down yet. Here’s some of the more interesting things seen at the MSI CES 2023 line-up.
MSI CES 2023 – What laptops were on the showroom floor ?
Taking centre stage at the MSI booth at CES 2023 was their revamped Titan GT that has an Intel Core i9-13980HX CPU, an Nvidia GeForce RTX 4090 laptop GPU as well as their MSI OverBoost Ultra tech that can ramp both CPU and GPU to 250W of total power. The revamped Titan GT also features a 4K/144Hz Mini LED display with over 1,000 nits peak brightness as well as 1,000 local-dimming zones.
Also launched was the Raider GE which has a QHD+ 240Hz display as well as a similar i9-13980HX CPU and GeForce RTX 4090 laptop GPU as the Titan GT. The Raider GE also sports a unique new look with a matrix light bar in the base.
MSI also took the wraps off refreshed offerings for the Stealth series laptops that also feature 16:10 aspect ratio QHD+ 240Hz displays.
For the Stealth series, MSI has expanded the line-up with 14, 15, 16 and 17-inch variants as well as a new content creator oriented Stealth 14 Studio and Stealth 16 Studio that also feature a magnesium-aluminium chassis. Another notable highlight is the MSI Stealth 15 that has a 240Hz OLED display with 100% DCI-P3 colour gamut support.
Of particular note is the introduction of a new entry-level gaming laptop range dubbed as the MSI Cyborg 15 series that has a cyberpunk inspired design though details on what hardware it packs are scarce for now.
Another unique addition to the MSI CES 2023 line-up is their refreshed Creator series line-up for content creators with a new Creator Z17 HX Studio and Creator Z16 HX Studio that both have 13th Gen Intel HX series CPUs, NVIDIA Studio certification as well as support for the new MSI Pen 2 stylus which has haptic feedback and 4,096 levels of pressure sensitivity.
There’s no official word from MSI on when these new laptops will make their way to Malaysia or at what price point but we’ll keep you posted! In the meantime, MSI Malaysia does have an array of special promotions on hand for current-gen gaming and content creation as well as business laptops for Chinese New Year that are worth checking out.
