What immediately draws the eye is its exquisitely finished top lid that is done with traditional Japanese make-e lacquerware techniques depicting the Great Wave off Kanagawa, considered one of the most celebrated examples of art in Japanese art history.
Limited to an exclusive production run of just 2,000 units, the MSI Prestige 13 AI+ Ukiyo-e Edition was crafted in collaboration with the artisan masters at OKADAYA, renowned for their mastery of Yamanaka lacquerware techniques that have been honed over 400 years of practicing their craft. Prized by collectors, OKADAYA lacquerware is individually handmade with many of their pieces gracing Michelin three-star restaurants.
