New MSI Prestige N16 Flip AI Plus with NVIDIA RTX Spark now available in Malaysia – here’s why it is the ultimate convertible for work and play!

The advent and rapid growth of AI has radically changed everything from education to content creation and even coding, turning challenging tasks that once required specialised expertise or significant manpower into jobs that can be done in a fraction of the time or at a lower cost.

However, today’s AI workflows often rely heavily on external cloud-based computing which can get expensive while sending sensitive data to external servers isn’t always an option. That’s where the new MSI Prestige Flip AI Plus convertible, powered by the NVIDIA RTX Spark platform comes into the picture.

With the ability to handle demanding local AI-workloads, serious content creation tasks, gaming and more in a highly versatile form factor, the MSI Prestige N16 Flip AI Plus brings powerful performance in a premium 2-in-1 form factor.

That’s just scratching the surface of the capabilities of the MSI Prestige N16 Flip AI Plus convertible- here’s why it’s the perfect choice for serious content creators, AI developers and professionals looking to take their work to the next level.

MSI Prestige N16 Flip AI Plus – Optimised for superior Agentic AI experiences

The MSI Prestige N16 Flip AI Plus is powered by the most powerful laptop variant of the NVIDIA RTX Spark superchip that features a 6,144-core NVIDIA Blackwell RTX GPU, a 20-core NVIDIA Grace CPU as well as up to 128GB LPDDR5X unified memory.

This combination enables the MSI Prestige N16 Flip AI+ to run large language models (LLMs) locally, including models with up to 120 billion parameters, alongside AI inference, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and agentic AI workflows directly on-device. Beyond AI, the NVIDIA RTX Spark platform is capable of meeting the demands of creative workloads, including professional 3D design, rendering and animation tasks with equal capability.

With its combination of up to 128GB of unified memory and extensive AI computing capabilities, the MSI Prestige N16 Flip AI Plus is designed for professionals working with local AI including content creators, enterprise AI developers, researchers and LLM engineers.

With this kind of pixel-crunching performance, the MSI Prestige N16 Flip AI Plus is also equally capable for gaming too with a quad-speaker array with Hi-Res audio and dts VirtualX support for rich, powerful sound. It also comes with Windows 11 Pro, providing business-oriented security and management features for enterprise environments.

MSI Prestige N16 Flip AI Plus – Tandem OLED Display

Seeing is believing and the MSI Prestige N16 Flip AI Plus is perfect for content creators who require accurate colour reproduction as the convertible features an optional 16-inch 4K UHD (3,840 x 2,400 pixels) Tandem OLED touch display manufactured by Samsung.

Unlike a conventional OLED panel, a Tandem OLED display features a double-layer OLED structure by stacking two emissive layers vertically, allowing each layer to share the light output and workload to boost brightness and extend panel lifespan, allowing for up to 2x longer panel life compared to a traditional OLED display while also consuming less power over time. Even better, a Tandem OLED panel is capable of achieving up to 1,600 nits peak brightness for improved visibility in brightly lit environments.

Beyond improved brightness and longer panel life, the Tandem OLED display integrated into the MSI Prestige N16 Flip AI Plus offers 100% DCI-P3 colour gamut for accurate colour reproduction, a Delta E < 1 to ensure faithful colour accuracy, has a VESA Certified Display HDR TrueBlack 1000 rating and is Calman verified too, making it ideal for content creator workflows that demand accurate colours rendition such as video editors, photographers and designers.

The Tandem OLED panel also has Flicker-free and Low Blue Light certification to allow for comfortable, extended work sessions. It is also protected by Corning Glass for added peace of mind. The MSI prestige N16 Flip AI Plus is also available with a more conventional 16-inch 2.8K OLED display with 30-120Hz variable refresh rate and a 100% DCI-P3.

MSI Prestige N16 Flip AI Plus – Vapour Chamber Cooler

Powerful AI hardware like the NVIDIA RTX Spark platform powering the MSI Prestige N16 Flip AI Plus require equally powerful cooling to maintain peak performance. To address this, the laptop is built from the ground up with an advanced vapour chamber and Intraflow Cooling System to enable it to manage heat efficiently and maintain stable performance even under extended full-system workloads without thermal throttling.

This is critical when operating long-running AI agents, performing model inference or compiling code where workloads can keep the system running for extended periods of time. To keep productivity going even when away from the office, the MSI Prestige N16 Flip AI Plus also features a substantial 99.9Wh battery and supports up to 140W USB-C PD 3.1 charging for faster top-ups in the field.

MSI Prestige N16 Flip AI Plus – Versatile Form Factor with Nano Pen stylus and 4-Zone RGB Keyboard

The MSI Prestige N16 Flip AI Plus is the first 2-in-1 convertible running the NVIDIA RTX Spark platform. Featuring a 360-degree hinge along with either a 2.8K OLED or 4K UHD Tandem OLED touch display, users are able to transform the laptop from a conventional clamshell laptop form factor into a tent-style display and all the way around as a Windows-powered tablet too.

For added versatility, the convertible also integrates a compact MSI Nano Pen stylus that allows for precise input and tactility akin to a real pen to annotate documents, sketch and more. When you’re done, the MSI Nano Pen magnetically docks into a groove just beneath the generously sized touch pad.

Befitting MSI’s rich gaming roots, the Prestige N16 Flip AI Plus also features a four-zone RGB keyboard to show dominance whether you’re ploughing through spreadsheets or maxing out your K/D ratio in Modern Warfare 4.
