Oppo Find N5, the world’s thinnest foldable up for preorders in Malaysia

After the recent global reveal, the Oppo Find N5 foldable is now on preorder in Malaysia from now until 27 February 2025 with an RM100 deposit enabling you to get RM2,584 in free gifts with the first 200 customers who preorder the phone getting an opportunity to get it early on 23 February 2025.

In Malaysia, you are able to get the phone in your choice of either Misty White or Cosmic Black colourways with the RM100 depotist getting you the aforementioned RM2,584 in free gifts.

The first 200 who preorder not only get it shipped early, assuming you made your preorder before 20 February 2025 but will also get an RM400 cash rebate, a PU Faux leather magnetic case worth RM140 , a magnetic powerbank worth RM149 as well as a purchase-with-purchase promotion that has the Find N5 Pen stylus enjoying an RM300 discount, the Watch X2 getting an RM200 discount and the Oppo Care Screen Protection Programme and Extended Warranty programmes at discounted prices.

What is the Oppo Find N5

To recap, the Oppo Find N5 is the successor to the Find N3 and is currently the world’s thinnest book-style foldable at just 4.2mm thin when unfolded.

The front has a 6.62-inch LTPO OLED 120Hz display while the main inner display measures at 8.12-inches and uses a Foldable LTPO OLED panel with 120Hz refresh rate. Both screens support their own Find N5 Pen stylus.

Powering the phone is an Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset with 16GB RAM and up to 1TB storage with 512GB and 256GB storage variants though which ones will make it to Malaysia is uncertain for now.

The rear comes with a triple camera array which has a 50MP F/1.6 main camera, a 50MP F/2.6 telephoto camera with 3x zoom and OIS and an 8MP ultra wide angle camera. The front and inner display camera both have 8MP sensors.
