Oppo Reno 7 Pro 5G launched in Malaysia priced at RM2,999

Oppo has announced their latest Reno 7 series premium midrange phones that aim to offer superior cameras and a unique finish. In Malaysia, the Oppo Reno 7 series consists of the top of the line Oppo Reno 7 Pro that costs RM2,999 and the more affordable Oppo Reno 7 that costs RM1,999.

What is the Oppo Reno 7 Pro 5G

The Oppo Reno 7 Pro 5G is the more powerful of the duo with a 6.5-inch FHD+ AMOLED 90Hz display, 12GB RAM with 5GB of virtual RAM taken up off its 256GB storage and runs on a MediaTek Dimensity 1200 Max 5G CPU running on Android overlaid with their ColorOS 12 UI.

The rear comes with a triple camera array with a 50MP main camera, 8MP ultra wide camera and a macro camera while the front features a 32MP selfie camera. Keeping it powered is a 4,500mAh battery with 65W Super VOOC Flash charge. It comes in either STarlight Black or Startrails Blue.

The more affordable Oppo Reno 7 5G costs RM1,999 and features a smaller 6.4-inch FHD+ AMOLED 90Hz display, 8GB RAM with 5GB of virtual RAM off its 256GB storage, features a MediaTek Dimensity 900 5G CPU running Android and their ColorOS 12 UI and has a 4,500mAh battery with 65W Super VOOC Flash Charge charging support.

The rear sports a triple camera array with a 64MP primary camera, an 8MP ultrawide angle camera and a macro lens while the front hosts a 32MP selfie camera. Available colourway sinclude Starry Black and Startrails Blue.

Both additions to the Reno 7 series are available for preorder on their official stores on Lazada and Shopee.
