In the #OPPOCare4U flood relief programme that is ongoing until 31st January 2022, users can offer a 30% discount on parts in a single receipt when sending in a damaged OPPO smartphone for repair. The programme also offers free labour for repair and uses original spare parts for absolute peace of mind. 

If an OPPO customer is not able to walk in to an OPPO  service centre for repair, they can opt to apply for an online send-in repair service request though this #OPPOCare4U flood relief programme is currently available for customers in the Klang Valley and Pahang only for now with a 20% discount for courier services.
