What is the PICO 4 VR headset
The PICO4 VR headset is a new generation of VR headsets that are effectively self contained affairs without the need to put parking cones on the ground like earlier generations of headsets to delineate safe areas to interact in.
The headset has an adjusted top and side mounted band with padded cushions around the eyepiece area for a better fit as well as a pair of left and right 6DoF controllers with HyperSense haptics to interact with virtual environments.

Under the hood, the PICO 4 VR headset has a 4K+ display with 1,200ppi and a crisp 90Hz refresh rate along with what they refer to as Pancake optics to minimise the typical bulk of a VR headset by reducing the distance between the lenses and display.
Powering the PICO 4 is a Qualcomm Snapdragon XR2 processor, 8GB RAM with your choice of either 128GB or 256GB of storage in Malaysia with both storage variants featuring a 5,300mAh battery mounted at the rear of the headpiece as a counterweight with the whole affair weighing just 256g which is considered light as VR headsets go.
