R Pharmacy redefines holistic and accessible healthcare experience in Malaysia with CNY MV showcase
As one of Malaysia’s most popular B2C pharmaceutical brands, R Pharmacy has become a household name but they’re looking to set the bar as the leading integrated healthcare supplier by redefining how consumers experience wellness.

By approaching healthcare holistically with an emphasis on accessibility and convenience, R Pharmacy aims to redefine the concept of a traditional drugstore with a unique lifestyle-led wellness approach that blends healthcare, lifestyle and wellness into a seamless whole. At the briefing, R Pharmacy showed how customers can not only visit any of their multiple outlets but also interact via their official Whatsapp as well as their official e-store and their online stores on Shopee and Lazada.
A cornerstone of their integrated healthcare approach is their E-Doctor Teleconsultation Service which allows consumers to walk into selected outlets and connect with certified doctors without prior appointments. This novel service enables timely medical advice and access to professional care too.
At present, R Pharmacy operates 26 outlets located primarily in the Klang Valley but are looking to expand their footprint to 50 stores by 2029.

As part of their expansion, R Pharmacy has sponsored tours for superstars, gifting over 1,000 concert tickets to loyal patrons. They have also launched their first Chinese New Year music feature featuring celebrities like Fuying, Sam CN, Bell Yu, Sam Cheat and Ribbon Oi that emphasise that health is wealth.
