Razer Smart Home app revealed at CES 2022 will let you control your lighting

CES 2022 is certainly enlightening indeed as the world’s largest gaming lifestyle brand has launched their Razer Smart Home App that allows users to create and manage a smart home ecosystem, sync and control all their smart home devices in one efficient interface off their phone.

As you’d expect from Razer Chrome RGB issued hardware, the Razer Smart Home App has 16.8 million colours to choose from and is able to support devices from over 50 hardware partners and has support for over 200 games so that your lighting setup can flash and respond to when you’re doing things ingame such as firing weapons for superior immersion.

PC hardware partners are also able to take advantage of Razer’s powerful lighting protocols via the Razer Smart Home App to add their own offerings into the Razer gaming ecosystem which makes for immensely promising options for home owners and gamers alike.

To wit, Razer is inviting brands to team up in this new lighting ecosystem via their Razer Chroma Smart Home Program which currently lists Nanoleaf, LIFX, Yeelight, Monster and Twinkly with more slated to join its ranks in the months to come.
