realme 10 Pro series now in Malaysia from RM1,299
Smartphone purveyor realme has added several new workhorse phones to their line-up for the Malaysia market dubbed the realme 10 Pro series with prices that start from RM1,299 and which are now up for preorder in Malaysia until 15th December 2022 with a street date the following day on 16th December 2022.
The realme 10 Pro series consists of the mainline realme 10 Pro smartphone which is the most affordable variant of the series and the realme 10 Pro+ which comes in two subvariants with different RAM and storage sizes.

The base realme 10 Pro features a flat 6.72-inch FHD+ 120Hz IPS LCD display with a peak brightness of 680 nits and paired with stereo speakers. Under the hood, the phone runs Android 13 overlaid by Realme UI 4.0 and is powered by a midrange Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 processor paired to 8GB RAM and 256GB of storage.
The rear features a 108MP F/1.75 primary camera with a secondary 2MP portrait camera riding shotgun. Up front, the realme 10 Pro features a single 16MP F2.5 selfie camera. Keeping the phone powered is a 5,000mAh battery with 33W fast charging.
Realme 10 Pro+ details
The higher end realme 10 Pro+ has a more premium 6.7-inch curved AMOLED FHD+ display with a 120Hz refresh and 800 nits peak brightness flanked by stereo speakers. This is paired with a MediaTek Dimension 920 CPU paired with either 8GB RAM and 128GB of storage or 12GB RAM or 256GB of storage.
Regardless, all versions run Android 13 and Realme UI 4.0. The rear of the phone hosts a triple camera with a primary 108MP F?1.7 camera akin to the baseline realme 10 Pro paired with an 8MP F/2.2 ultra wide angle camera and a 2MP F?2.4 macro camera. Up front, it has a similar 16MP F/2.45 selfie camera as the Realme 10 Pro. Keeping it powered is a 5,000mAh battery with slightly faster 67W fast charging.
Realme 10 pro and realme 10 pro+ price in Malaysia
In terms of pricing, the realme 10 Pro+ retails for RM1,399 for the 8GB RAM/128GB variant and RM1,799 for the 12GB/256GB variant but those who preorder early can get the 8GB RAM/128GB variant for RM1,399 which is an RM200 discount.
Early preorders of the realme 10 Pro+ also get a free realme Band 2 worth RM169, RM59 worth of extended warranty for up to 2 years and a scratch and win card with prizes that are worth up to RM2,999.
