Xiaomi Redmi 10C is a budget phone that offers the essentials from RM559
Xiaomi has upped the ante for what budget phones can do with the launch of their affordable Redmi 10C phone that comes in two variants for Malaysia.
What is the Xiaomi Redmi 10C
The Redmi 10C comes with the essentials with a 6.71-inch Dot Drop display HD+ display with a 60Hz refresh rate, a Snapdragon 680 2.4GHz octacore processor, 4GB RAM, either 64GB or 128GB of storage and a rear dual camera array that consists of a primary 50MP F/1.8 camera with a 2MP F/2.4 depth sensor riding shotgun. Up front, the phone has a 5MP F/2.2 selfie camera.
Some interesting features include expandable storage via a microSD card slot with up to 1TB cards supported, a 3.5mm audio jack, a rear fingerprint sensor and facial recognition for unlocking the phone. Keeping the phone powered is a 5,000mAh battery with 18W fast charging and Xiaomi has bundled a 10W charger with the phone. Connectivity is capped at 4G LTE.
In Malaysia, the Redmi 10C costs RM559 for the 4GB RAM/64GB variant and RM629 for the 4GB RAM/ 128GB storage variant. It’s now available nationwide in Malaysia at official retails and via their online stores on Lazada and Shopee.
