Redmi 7A now available in Malaysia for RM399

Xiaomi has just released their latest Redmi series phone in Malaysia dubbed the Redmi 7A that aims to offer a humongous battery, AI-enabled cameras and a large HD display for a very modest price tag.

The Redmi 7A comes with a 5.45-inch HD+ display, a Qualcomm Snapdragon 439 processor paired with 2GB RAM and either 16GB or 32GB of expandable storage and features a 12-MP rear camera with a large 1.25um pixel size backed up by a front-facing 5-MP selfie camera that has AI face unlocking functionality.

Keeping the whole affair juiced is a huge 4,000mAh battery which, according to Xiaomi, rated for at least 2 days of normal usage.

Of particular note is that the Redmi 7A has a built-in FM radio so you can listen to it without the need for plugging in a pair of headphones as an ersatz external antenna.

Redmi 7A Price and Availability in Malaysia

In Malaysia, the Redmi 7A is available in either Matte Blue or Matte Black with a price of RM399 for the 2GB RAM/16GB variant or RM439 for the 2GB RAM/32GB variant at Mi Stores nationwide.
