Revamped Samsung Premium Care Centre at Lowyat Plaza now open for business

Getting your phone looked at is usually a tooth gnashing, uncomfortable affair that has you waiting for hours in locations that can only be charitably described as ‘quaint’ though the revamped Samsung Premium Care Centre at Lowyat Plaza is a new take on the concept that not only makes it a pleasant experience but a rewarding one too.

Located on the 4th floor at Lot 28 of Lowyat Plaza, the redesigned Premium Care Centre consists of 2,200 square feet of space dedicated solely as a one-stop shop for servicing, repairing and ensuring your Samsung issued phones and slates are in top condition. The centre offers a one-hour turnaround time for mobile device repairs, free device check-ups, cleaning services and a Smart Learning station to get a hands-on experience on how to get the most out of Samsung’s devices.

Rather than having to wait on uncomfortable benches and whatnot, the centre has plush sofas, air purifiers and drinks on the house so customers can bask in comfort while they get their phones looked at.

Better yet, the Samsung Premium Care Centre at Lowyat Plaza has free reading materials, charging ports, free internet and – get this – complimentary massage chairs too.
