Awesome ROG Flow Z13 Gaming Tablet now in Malaysia priced from RM7,999

ASUS Republic of Gamers is taking their expertise in crafting gaming laptops to new heights as they’re now issuing the ROG Flow Z13 in Malaysia. Effectively a souped up gaming tablet, the ROG Flow Z13 is just 12mm thin while weighing 1.1kg but packs an impressive amount of hardware to tackle the latest triple-A games without breaking a sweat.

What is the ROG Flow Z13

Revealed at CES 2022, the ROG Flow Z13 comes in multiple configurations for Malaysia but the top of the line version will feature a 13.4-inch IPS WQUXGA (,3840 x 2,400 pixels) touchscreen that’s Pantone validated with 100% sRGB, 60Hz refresh rate and support for a stylus.

Under the hood, it sports a 12th Gen Intel Core i9-12900H 2.5GHz processor, 16GB DDR5 RAM, a 1TB M.2 2230 NVMe PCIe 4.0 SSD and Iris Xe graphics. an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050 Ti with 4GB GDDR6 VRAM and 40W TGP. 

Where the magic happens is that it comes bundled with an external XG Mobile GPU housing which integrates a more powerful NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080 GPU with 16GB GDDR6 VRAM, 150W TGP and a 280W power supply for extra pixel crunching punch. This variant costs RM15,999 and will arrive in April along with a free ROG Delta headset. 

You can also optionally acquire more modest versions with roughly similar specs but a lower resolution WUXGA (1,920 x 1,200) pixel touchscreen, a 12th Gen i7-12700H CPU, 16GB DDR5RAM, a 512GB SSD and either an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050 4GB GDDR6 VRAM but no XG Mobile GPU from RM7,999. You can also get it with an i9-12900H and an RTX 3050 Ti with 4GB GDDR6 VRAM for RM8,799 with both of these options available now in Malaysia.
