ROG rolls out Zephyrus G14 (2021), Strix G17 and TUF Dash F15 with NVIDIA RTX 3060 GPUs in Malaysia

Republic of Gamers has just rolled out in Malaysia variants of the ROG TUF Dash F15, the ROG Strix G15 and G17 as well as the ROG Zephyrus G14 (2021) gaming laptops, all of which come with the latest generation NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 graphics cards.

Here’s how much they cost and what specifications they pack under the hood.

ASUS TUF Dash F15 

The ASUS TUF Dash F15 gaming laptop maintains the durability and affordability of the line with two variants. The more premium version of  the TUF Gaming Fash F15 has an Intel Core i7-11370H 3.3GHz CPU, 16GB DDR4 RAM, a 512GB SSD and an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 with 6GB GDDR6 VRAM and a maximum 85W TGP.

Coming as standard is WiFi 6 (Gig_), Bluetooth 5.1, a backlit keyboard, stereo speakers and a76Wh Li-Ion battery. This version retails for RM5,499. 

A cheaper version of the ASUS TUF Dash F15 comes with a slightly cheaper processor in the form of the Intel Core 15-11300H 3.1GHz processor and 8GB RAM but is otherwise similar including the GeForce RTX 3060 graphics card. This version retails for RM4,699.

 

ROG Strix G15 & ROG Strix G17

The ROG Strix G17 has a 17.3-inch Full HD 144Hz display with Adaptive Sync, an AMD Ryzen 9 5900HX 3.1GHz CPU, 16GB RAM, a 1TB SSD and an NVIDIA GeForCE RTX 3060 with 6GB GDDR6 VRAM and a max 130W TGP. Other mod-cons include a per-key backlit keyboard, stereo speakers with Smart Amp, WiFi 6 (Gig+) connectivity and a 90Wh 4-cell Li-Ion battery. This version retails for RM6,299. 

The ROG Strix G15 has mostly similar specifications with an identical AMD Ryzen 9 5900HX 3.1GHz processor and 16GB RAM but differs slightly with a smaller 15.6-inch 144Hz Full HD display with Adaptive Sync and a smaller 512GB SSD. This version retails for RM5,999.

 

ROG Zephyrus G14 (2021)

The refreshed version of the ROG Zephyrus G14 is otherwise externally similar to the version that we tested a while back including its innovative AniMe Matrix panel up front but with beefed up hardware.

You get an AMD Ryzen 9 5900HS 3.1GHz processor, 16GB DDR4 RAM, an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 with 6GB GDD6 VRAM and a max 80W TGP. Storage needs are sorted out by a 1TB SSD. In Malaysia, the ROG Zephyrus G14 comes in either a shade of Moonlight White or Eclipse Gray with a price tag of RM7,699.
