This new video explains every Samsung Advantage perks when you buy a Galaxy series phone
Seeing as smartphones are, in effect, one of the most important items of tech that we have on our person, it’s equally important that you have the necessary means to keep them in working order.
When you buy a phone, you’re not just buying a product on its own, you’re buying the ecosystem and support behind it so that there’s a way for you to get customer support, a way to get repairs and a wait to get help when you need it which is where you get the Samsung Advantage.
We previously wrote about the five key Samsung Advantage perks but this time around, they’ve issued a video that shares just how beneficial and how easy it is to hop into the Samsung ecosystem.
Samsung Advantage perks
The explainer video is fairly short but informative, sharing all the key highlights. It shares the peace of mind of Samsung Care+ protection plans that help protect their Galaxy phones from screen cracks, water immersion or any of the other common pitfalls that can kaput a phone in short order.
Then, the video shares the option of getting your phone a free Health Check at any Samsung service or Samsung Experience centre on the house. If things go south, the video highlights the fact that users can take advantage of 24/7 customer support for selected devices or remote tech support to resolve technical issues; critical seeing the new normal where we’re all distanced and working from home.
For those new to the Samsung family, Samsung Malaysia offers door-to-door and same-day delivery services in selected areas too which is a great perk. They also share the fact that they offer the ability to get free trials on selected Galaxy phones as well as the option to get 0% interest easy payment plans when investing in a Samsung phone.
Switching over to a Samsung phone from another device is also an absolute doddle with Samsung’s Smart Switch feature. That’s a pretty compelling list of perks indeed. You can check out our original feature about Samsung advantage perks and check out their video below and their official page:
