Samsung C9 Pro phablet is official at price of RM2,299
If you’re hankering for a phablet that is larger than almost anything else in Samsung’s line-up, you’re in luck as they’ve just made their Galaxy C9 Pro official. Previously only meant for the Far East market and India, the phone is now available for sale in Malaysia.
Paired with a massive 6-inch 1080P Super AMOLED touchscreen is a whopping 6GB RAM and a 1.9GHz octacore processor. A generous 64GB of built-in storage offers plenty of space for music, games and movies alike and it comes with a microSD card slot that supports up to 256GB cards if you need to add more space.
The front and rear camera is akin to the recently launched Galaxy A7 (2017) with a 16-MP sensor with F/1.9 aperture on either side to capture snaps and 1080P video. It also has a fingerprint reader though alas it doesn’t seem to have support for Samsung Pay. It also lacks the water resistance of the Galaxy A5 and A7. A 4,000mAh battery charged by a USB Type-C port along with fast charging support help keep it humming along nicely through the day.
The Galaxy C9 Pro is now available in Malaysia for RM2,299 in Black, Gold and Pink Gold at all retailers nationwide. For more details swing by Samsung’s official site here.
