Samsung Flood Relief Programme offers generous support to affected customers
The recent floods have caused untold damage to livelihoods, life and property. What is the Samsung Flood Relief Programme
The Samsung Flood Relief Programme consists of a free one-time cleaning and inspection with free labour cost to repair affected Samsung products that were damaged in the flood. The offer is good until 31st January 2022 and appointments can be made 24/7 via the online www.Samsung.com/my website or via calling their hotline at 1800-88-9999 or live chat via their Samsung Members app.
There’s some caveats for the Samsung Flood Relief Programme of course as spare part costs are not included and repairs are subject to availability along with availability of repair personnel.
