Samsung Galaxy A03s at RM559 is one of their cheapest smartphones ever

Samsung is best known for their powerful range of flagship phones like the new Galaxy Z Flip3 and Galaxy Fold3 but their range of workhorse budget phones is equally impressive with a lot of bang for your buck like their new Galaxy A03s that has just arrived in Malaysia.

The Galaxy A03s is one of their cheapest phones ever at RM559 but it comes with plenty of hardware under the hood. You get a large 6.5-inch HD+ display with a U-shaped punch hole for a 5MP selfie camera up front. Under the hood, it runs Android 11 on a MediaTek MTK6765 P35 octacore processor paired with 4GB RAM and 64GB of expandable storage via a triple card slot (2 nano SIM and 1 microSD). Connectivity is covered by 4G LTE and the usuals that include Bluetooth v5.0 and WiFi 4.

For camera duties, the phone has a triple rear camera array on the back with a 13MP main camera, a 2MP macro camera and a 2MP depth sensor. For biometrics, it has a side-mounted fingerprint sensor and the whole affair is powered by a huge 5,000mAh battery.
