Renowned as a trusted household brand across Malaysia and the globe, Samsung’s staunch commitment to customer service and constant improvement of their customer service experience have earned them two wins at the Asian Experience Awards 2023.

To recognise their efforts, the Asian Experience Awards 2023 awarded Samsung Malaysia Electronics the Malaysia Brand Experience of the Year – Electronics and Malaysia Service Experience of the Year – Electronics. Achieving these prestigious awards isn’t an overnight success but a constant commitment to excellence over time to ensure that the ownership of Samsung devices is a seamless and positive experience from the day a customer orders it onwards. 

In order to increase and enhance the customer service and ownership experience, Samsung strategically expanded their multi channel network to offer personalised support that caters to the various needs and preferences of customers as some want an in-person experience white others prefer the convenience of an online interaction.

As part of this initiative, Samsung established 24 mobile and 90 home appliance walk-in service centres nationwide for easier access to professional technicians and greater convenience to customers and  wherever they may be located across Malaysia.

In addition to this wide network of service centres, Samsung has further enhanced their 24/7 care lines with a dedicated premier service line for their flagship foldables, the Galaxy Z Fold and Flip series phones along with a Live Chat platform for real-time human support via text messages.

Another enhancement to Samsung’s customer service initiatives is a powerful remote management and visual support system for easier troubleshooting of non-defect related product issues, a robust and constantly updated Samsung Members app for customer care services and #GalaxyTroop perks as well as a manufacturer’s warranty for all their products.
