Samsung lauded as Southeast Asia Top Brand in 2024
As a brand, Samsung is almost ubiquitous in Malaysia if not across Asia with products bearing their marque ranging from their signature flagship phones like the Galaxy S24 series and Fold6 all the way to home appliances and TVs too. To wit, Campaign Asia-Pacific in partnership with Milieu Insight has ranked Samsung as Southeast Asia top brand for 2024 and the top electronics brand for Southeast Asia for 2024.
Measuring consumer mindshare, the Southeast Asia Top 50 Brands List for 2024 had Samsung achieving an impressive score of 69.27% which is also helped by Samsung’s pole position ranking in Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Thailand and Vietnam. Samsung also achieved the highest brand awareness score at 89% along with top scores for quality, trust and innovation across Southeast Asia.
To acquire these statistics, the Southeast Asia Top 50 Brands List surveys over 10,000 consumers across Southeast Asia markets with 1,200 brands across 10 sectors were tracked and evaluated across nine attributes which include awareness, purchase, quality, buying experience, customer service, trustworthiness, innovation, brand touchpoints and advocacy.
