In a briefing, Senheng shared more about their Untung gila cashback campaign which allows customers to enjoy 50%, 70% and 100% S-Coin cashback benefits with each tier applied to specific products.
Customers will earn S-coin with eligible purchases for each respective tier and the campaign covers more than 300 products ranging from PC accessories all the way to small appliances from renowned brands such as Samsung, Sony, Montigo and more.
Key to ensuring a smoother journey is a revamped customer experience that allows customers to maximise their S-Coin rewards with Senheng, effectively forming an S-Coin loop with purchases of selected products in-store or via the Senheng app earning S-coin which can then be used to redeem more rewards.
According to Senheng, S-Coin is one of the cornerstones of their recent performance with the redemption value of Senheng PlusOne members for S-Coin rising from RM270 to RM471 between 2024 and 2025, which is a healthy 74.7% growth in demand and interest in Senheng’s unique programme.
