Sonos Sub Mini brings big bass in a compact form factor for RM2,999 in Malaysia

When it comes to wireless audio speakers and soundbars, there’s few that can trump what Sonos has to offer in their line-up but they’re looking to one-up the competition in Malaysia with the release of the Sonos Sub Mini that aims to bring big noise in a small form factor.

The Sonos Sub Mini comes with a pair of inward-facing custom woofers to negate distortion and advanced digital signal processing in a form factor that somewhat resembles a compact matte barrel in your choice of black or white to kick out some serious, bone-shaking bass. While it can’t trump its larger sibling the Sonos Sub, the Sonos Sub Mini accomplishes quite a bit for its size and form factor. 

In keeping with the rest of their line-up, the Sonos Sub Mini is easy to set up and pair with other gear and it easily pairs up with other offerings like the Sonos Beam, Sonos Ray, One or One SL to handle lower bass frequencies. Again, like other Sonos gear, you can acoustically optimise its sound via their Trueplay app though this is still only available for iOS gear like iPhones.

How much is the Sonos Sub Mini

In Malaysia, the Sub Mini will retail for RM2,999 and comes in either matte black or white with preorders in Malaysia kicking of starting tonight on 13th September 2020 at 9.00PM on their official site at www.trysonos.my
