The Assassin’s Creed movie is coming to Malaysia on 22 December

If you’re a gamer, you’ll be very familiar with the stabbity fun and gravity defying parkour in the Assassin’s Creed series of games that have you as a post-modern chap reliving the memories of his homicidally inclined ancestor in the 15th century through a giant McGuffin of a machine called the Animus  that, through some kooky pseudoscience, helps him remember genetic memories.

The film stars Michael Fassbender as the Assassin Aguilar along with Marion Cotilliard and is directed by Justin Kurzel. The trailer is impressive and has all the fun things you’d associate with the Assassin’s Creed game series, except that this time it’s done for real – ridiculous parkour tricks, the series’ signature automatic retractable fist knives and hoodies aplenty.
