This stylish urban Lenovo Eco Pro backpack is made from 34 recycled plastic bottles
Lenovo has just showcased a limited edition Eco Pro backpack that’s that looks right at home with other more renowned backpack manufacturers out there but it has a rather novel story behind it – it’s mostly made from recycled materials.
How much? Well, according to Lenovo, the Eco Pro is made of over 83% recycled materials and the amount recycled is equivalent to 34 plastic water bottles which is quite a substantial sum by any measure of the word.
The form factor and design allow you to cram in the usual panoply of a road warrior including hubs, keyboards, documents and the like with zippers that stretch all the way to the bottom for easier deployment. The primary laptop compartment allows you to shove in up to a 15.6-inch laptop into a padded compartment and the whole affair weighs under a kilo.
The Lenovo Eco Pro is only available in one colour though, a rather dark shade of khaki with orange trim at strategic points at a price tag of RM382.04. If this floats your boat, swing by their official page to purchase it online here.
