Vivo V15 Pro launched in Malaysia with pop-up selfie camera, a triple rear AI camera and a sweet price tag of RM1,799
Vivo’s latest flagship phone, the Vivo V15 Pro was unveiled to great fanfare in Malaysia as the phone combines highly desirable features such as a large FullView display, with AI-enhanced rear cameras and a pop-up front selfie camera, just to name a few of its more salient features.
In keeping with many of the latest flagships, the Vivo V15 Pro has a notchless, night bezelless 6.39-inch Super AMOLED display with FHD+ resolution sheathed in 2.5D glass up front as well as a 5th generation in-display fingerprint scanner.
The omission of the usual obligatory notch is on account of another innovation – a pop-up motorised 32-MP front-facing selfie camera. Privacy pundits will also appreciate the fact that the camera is operationally secure once flush with the body and deploying it takes but a few seconds to pop up ready for action.
The Vivo V15 Pro notable runs Android 9.0 Pie on a Qualcomm Snapdragon 675 octacore processor paired with 6GB RAM and 128GB of storage expandable via a microSD card slot that supports up to 256GB microSD cards. The rear features a triple-camera array with a primary 48-MP camera, a secondary 8-MP ultra-wide angle and 5-MP depth sensor emplaced slightly off-center form the main centreline. Powering the Vivo V15 Pro is a 3,700mAh battery with a microUSB port. It also sports a welcome 3.5mm audio jack too if you’re a traditionalist for wired audio listening.

In Malaysia, the Vivo V15 Pro will retail at RM1,799 and will come in two colours – Topaz Blue and Coral Red with preorders taking place from today till 1 March 2019 at roadshows in selected locations, Vivo Concept stores and other authorised dealers nationwide.
