vivo V60 Lite 5G coming soon to Malaysia with huge 6,500mAh battery

Fresh off the launch of the vivo V60, the brand will soon release its more affordable sibling the vivo V60 Lite 5G that will emphasise affordability and durability. While a broad overview of its specifications has been given, there’s thus far no indications as to how much it will cost in Malaysia for now.

What is certain is that the phone has a 6.77-inch 120Hz AMOLED display tht has a 94.2% screen-to-body ratio, features dual stereo speakers with the ability to crank it up to 400% volume, features a Dimensity 7360-Turbo chipset paired with 12GB RAM and either 256GB or 512GB of storage.

The vivo v60 Lite 5G also features a 6,500mAh battery with 90W FlashCharge fast charging.

The rear camera array is a dual sensor setup that consists of a primary 60MP camera that uses a Sony IMX882 sensor paired with an 8MP ultra wide angle camera while the front has a single 32MP selfie camera.

On the durability front, vivo has stated that the vivo v60 Lite 5G has an SGS Five-Star Drop Resistance and Military-Grade rating with a shock-absorbing internal chassis and shield glass on the front to resist impacts. The phone also features the ability to survive up to 12 hours of heavy rain and has a one-tap dust and water ejection mode if any of either compounds get into ports in the phone. 

While there’s no official price just yet, vivo has announced that preorders for the vivo v60 Lite 5G will commence from 3rd October 2025 onwards and those who get it early can get a reward bundle worth up to RM1,199.

The free gifts consist of a pair of vivo Buds wireless earbuds, either an RM300 rebate for preordering the 512GB variant or RM200 for the 256GB variant, a 1+1 year extended warranty, a 1 year screen crack protection warranty and a 1-year back cover protection policy. Stay tuned for vivo updates!
