Vivo X300 Ultra and X300 FE to arrive in Malaysia soon

vivo is expanding their line-up of their X300 series flagship phones in Malaysia with the addition of the vivo X300 Ultra and vivo X300 FE to the line-up that are now on pre-order in Malaysia with a host of free gifts from now until 22 May 2026. 

Those who preorder the top of the line vivo X300 Ultra get up to RM4,556 in free gifts that include an RM900 cash rebate and a COMAN Aluminium Photography Tripod worth RM299 on the house. Those who preorder the vivo X300 FE get up to RM2,855 in free gifts that include an RM300 cash rebate, an RM299 JBL speaker and vivo Buds Pro worth RM199.

vivo X300 Ultra Specs and Price

Representing the pinnacle of the X300 series, the vivo X300 Ultra comes with all the bells and whistles in the imaging department. This consists of an impressive triple camera array that consists of dual 200 MP ZEISS cameras (35mm and 85mm) for portraiture and documentary-style photography as well as a 50MP gimbal-grade telephoto camera.

The camera also supports an optional camera lens attachment kit that adds a 200mm and 400mm lens to the phone to capture impressive zoom shots from absurd distances. The cameras also support 4K@120fps 10-bit log video capture too. Up front, the vivo X300 Ultra has a single 50MP camera for selfies and 4K@60fps video capture.

Impressive camera array aside, vivo have kitted the Ultra model out to the nines with a Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5, a large 6.82-inch LTPO AMOLED 144Hz display, up to 16GB RAM and up to 1TB of storage along with a 6,600mAH battery with 100W wired and 40W wireless charging. To date, the exact configuration for the Malaysia units isn’t available just yet nor is the price.

vivo X300 FE Specs and Price

Standing for Fashion Edition, the vivo x300 FE is on the other end of the spectrum as the most accessible variant of the X300 series while also integrating the ability to support optional add-on zoom lenses from an optional kit. 

While it retains ZEISS tuning, the cameras are a more modest 50MP main camera with OIS, a 50MP telephoto camera and an 8MP ultra wide angle camera with a front-facing 50MP selfie camera.

The vivo X300 FE is also slightly smaller with a 6.31-inch LTPO AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate,the same Snapdragon 8 ELite Gen 5 CPU as the Ultra model, 12GB RAM and either 256GB or 512GB storage. Keeping the phone powered is a 6,500mAh battery with 90W wired charging and 40W wireless charging. Like the Ultra, vivo Malaysia hasn’t mentioned the exact storage configuration and price available for the vivo X300 FE.
